Shipping policy

 

Shipping & Delivery: 

• Processing Time: Items that are in stock from the website items are shipped within 3 days.
• 7-14 days for Giclee prints 
• Delivery dates for painting commissions are 8-12 weeks as pieces are bespoke and hand painted. Oil paints take time to dry and framing takes 2 weeks. Therefore, for commissions delivery dates will be estimated and communicated between Naomi Ryder and client.
• Shipping Carriers & Methods: Parcel force is used for shipping. All paintings are sent tracked. 
• Shipping Costs: Al costs are calculated at checkout and added to the cost of item.  
• Domestic vs. International: International buyers for paintings are best to contact Naomi@naomiryder.co before purchasing paintings
• Import Duties/Taxes: Buyer is responsible for these, especially for international orders.
• Packaging: I pack securely using recycled packaging that has been collected from parcels which include bubble wrap, boxes and card.
