Direct online purchases policy
We at naomiryder.co are committed to providing you with the highest quality artwork and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and a FULLY REFUNDABLE policy:
· Return Period: You may return the artwork within 14 days of receiving it.
· Conditions for Returns: The artwork must be in its original condition.
· Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
· Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at naomi@naomiryder.co We will provide instructions for securely packaging and returning the artwork.
· Refund Method: Once we have received the artwork in its original condition, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method.
· Return Shipping Method: Please package the artwork securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
· Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at naomi@naomiryder.co.
Commissioned Paintings Policy
All physical paintings are carefully planned and created with time, materials, and attention reserved specifically for each client. Because of this, the following refund policy applies.
Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your commission and begin the planning process.
- Once the commission is accepted and work has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Client Cancellations
- If you choose to cancel the commission after paying the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
- If additional payments have been made beyond the deposit and work has not yet started, any amount above the deposit may be refunded at my discretion.
Artist Cancellations
- In the unlikely event that I am unable to complete your painting, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
Completed Artwork
- Due to the custom and physical nature of commissioned paintings, completed artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or detail are a natural part of original, hand-painted artwork and are not considered defects.
Shipping
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once the artwork has been shipped.
- Any damage during shipping must be reported within 14 days of delivery, along with photos of the packaging and artwork.
